Virtual Acute Care receives, analyzes, and displays a clinical dataset to remote clinicians for a population of patients admitted to a single hospital or across multiple hospitals. The solution is designed to highlight the clinical status, historical trends and patients of concern to enable informed consultation and collaboration between remote and bedside clinicians and aid with the assessment, diagnosis and prioritization of healthcare delivery.
