Within a couple of months this mouse became completely unusable. I rolled back my pc updates, updated and reinstalled drivers, everything, and nothing! the Usb dongle reports back working properly yet the mouse cannot connect to either the computers Bluetooth connection nor the usb connection. There is no support available, no updates, no drivers, nothing. There is no way to reset the pairing mode on th mouse unit as there is no button or option to do so. I was hoping that being a Phillips brand it would last, yet my mouse from 2008 from a cheap shop still does better than one of these.
