Hej Ingrid!

Hi Ashley, Let us first of all thank you for sharing your experience of the M110W phone with us. It warms us to hear that you find the design of the phone very pleasing both by it's looks and usage. However, very unfortunate to hear that the handsfree function totally let you down. Have you tried simply to perform a reset on the phone? If not... - Enter the menu and select "services" - scroll down until you see "reset"and click OK to confirm If problem is still there, please double check that the telephone line cord is properly connected, you can still make calls or take calls when the batteries are empty. Replace the empty batteries with 3 pieces of new AAA batteries in the base station. We hope the above might be helpful. Please feel free to reach out to our support as we are as eager as you to make sure your phone can work fully, the way we expect it to. Contact us here: http://bit.ly/2vFcz9m Many regards,
