I would have said most ergonomic hair clippers available. But since Philips seem to have discontinued it, that's no longer true. I actually own an earlier version the 5530, 20 years old & still going strong. Head & shoulders above every other set of clippers I've owned. Including my excellent new series 5000 clippers. The compact rotating head design make these clippers infinitely easier & nicer to use than any other clippers that I've used

Shame on Philips fog designing a product that cannot be repaired.

I have had an identical one for 10 years and the battery just stopped holding its charge, it still worked but only on mains. So good and versatile I bought another. There is no other shaver like it with the rotational head.

This is really a good quality item. Very pleasant to use. Fits nicely in the hand. The swivel head through 180 degrees is a brilliant design and makes the clippers so practical to use. It is very quiet. A case would e nice.

This hair cutter is light and very easy to use. Cuts hair very well. I would highly recommend this product.

As a satisfied user of their previous model DIY clippers & thinking the new version might be slightly better, I tentatively bought the latest version & was surprised to see that perfection can be improved on if looked at from a different angle. I was so pleased with the new version that I bought my nephew a set, bought myself a second set for our holiday home & finally, when Philips had them in the sale, I bought a third set in case they’re going to be discontinued any time soon.

Light in weight, easy to use and adjust. Rotatable head, long battery life. Cuts perfectly.

Bought this product just as UK went into second as after the first I was like a shaggy dog! With Barbers closed for months these clippers have been fantastic and have kept up my self esteem. Easy to use and give a good finish even for a total novice. I will go back to the professionals once the initial rush has died down, but will keep these on standby for the occasional tidy up and in case of further lockdowns. Overall an excellent product which I can thoroughly recommend.

Second set I have bought. First set lasted four years, fantastic value and so easy to use. Hope these are as good!
